Here's a Delicious and Simple appetizer that can be assembled the day before your gathering and refrigerated. When ready to serve fry up in a little olive oil. These mouth bites are terrific hot or cold. Enjoy at any occasion.

Ingredients:

1-16 ounce real Lump Crab meat

1 cup Stove Top Stuffing, crushed

1 Egg, beaten

2 tablespoon Veggie or Chicken Stock

2 tablespoon Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, roughly cut

1 1/2 tablespoon Green Onion, cut small

1 teaspoon Coleman Mustard

2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

1 tablespoon fresh squeezed Lemon Juice

1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Fresh ground Black Pepper, to taste

Optional: Few drops of Hot Sauce

Directions:

In a large bowl whisk egg and all wet ingredients together

Combine Colemans mustard, Old Bay seasoning and black ground pepper into wet ingredients

Add stuffing mixing well, let stand 10 minutes

Mix in parsley, green onions

Hand mix in lump crab, do not overwork making sure all ingredients are mixed together well

Make mouth size bites into ball shape, place on tray, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to fry up and serve ( can prep day before)

On medium high heat in a large skillet drizzle with 1-2 tablespoon of olive oil

When oil is hot place crab bites into fry pan, do not overcrowd, turn down heat to medium, brown on each side, approximately 1 minute each side turning to assure browning and even cooking

Serve with cocktail sauce and or Tarter sauce
