Ruccello Balsamic Vinegar Caprese Tower

So many variations how to serve Caprese salad. When I have a smaller gathering and want to personalize my dish I make my individual Caprese Tower. So simple to plate and a great way to start off any special foodie occasion. Ruccello Cask 25 Balsamic Vinegar takes this Caprese Tower to the next level giving it richness of flavor and making this plate so delicious. Enjoy!

Ingredients:


Heirloom Tomatoes, can use other variety


Fresh Mozzarella


Fresh Basil Leaves


Ruccello Picual Olive oil, enough to drizzle, to taste


Russello Cask 25 Balsamic vinegar, enough to drizzle to taste


Fresh ground Black Pepper


Optional: Sea salt, to taste


Ingredient amount will vary depending how many people you are serving. approximately 1 large tomato and 3/4 Mozzarella sliced per plate and 10-15 Basil leaves.

Directions:


Using appetizer size plates, stack tomato, mozzarella and arrange basil leaves between each layer.


To each layer add fresh Black pepper and optional your sea salt.


Keep Refrigerated until ready to serve.


Before serving drizzle top of your Caprese Tower with a little Ruccello Picual Olive oil and Cask 25 Balsamic Vinegar.
