"Rosemary Garlic Roasted Potatoes"

Ingredients:

  1. Fingerling Potatoes

  2. Olive Oil

  3. Vignalta Seasoned Salt

  4. Freshly Ground Black Pepper

  5. Garlic, Chopped Fine

  6. Rosemary (For Garnish)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 425 degrees

  2. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, a few pinches of Vignalta, freshly ground pepper and finely chopped garlic.

  3. Toss & stirring occasionally bake for 18-22 minutes or until potatoes are golden-brown and soft.

  4. Add fresh rosemary for garnish.
